<p dir="auto">The movie opens with the grave robber being killed in the crypt. Several days, or maybe even weeks later, the police and others visit the crypt and find the body. With that much time passing, that body would have been really smelly and disgusting. They would have smelled it long before they got there. I guess bodies do not decompose in Universal monster world.</p>
