Frenzy is so wonderful, so genious, so fantastic, that every other movie fades in comparision.
However, almost all the other Hitchcock movies are also fantastic.
For some reason, Rope doesn't do it for me.
I have read so much about the Leopold/Loeb case, so the film is just meh.

I love how we can all appreciate Hitch, but in different ways. I love the one you don't, and your favorite is not one of my own. Just shows us how broad his appeal was and still is.
My favorite 10 are:

Psycho

Rope

North by Northwest

Mr. and Mrs. Smith

Rear Window

The Trouble with Harry

Lifeboat

Dial M for Murder

Rebecca

Spellbound
I really could go on and on, but these are what I'm most likely to watch on any given day. Having said that, I watched Shadow of a Doubt and Strangers on a Train today and loved them as well.

Well, sometimes someone likes a film and convinces you to watch it. Recently, on another board, a person recommended I watch "Brief Encounter." I found it on youtube, watched it, and enjoyed it immensely.
On this board, someone ranked "The 39 Steps" in their top 5 which makes me want to see it. Alas, I have not done so yet but I will watch it soon.
Other than that, It'ts interesting to see if other people agree with your picks.

Actually, I must revise my list as follows:

Rebecca

Shadow of a Doubt

Dial M for Murder

Strangers on a Train

Psycho

Vertigo

Rear Window

The Man Who Knew Too Much

North by Northwest

Suspicion
It's possible that Strangers on a Train should be ranked higher on my list. Great acting, many plot twists, great set pieces.
