I am looking for similar movies where there is a group of people gathered in one area, and are killed one by one. I have watched Harpers Island, Clue, and other And Then There Were None movies. I recently watched The Last Of Sheila. I thought it was fantastic, but if you have seen it (SPOILERS) only a few of the main characters die; same with Clue. Hopefully someone can help me, and hopefully another film like this exists. Thanks for reading my question.

"Identity" (2003) starring John Cusack is definitely a similar movie - I've seen it, loved it and won't spoil it, but will just leave you with this bit of info from it's IMDb page:
Stranded at a desolate Nevada motel during a nasty rain-storm, ten strangers become acquainted with each other when they realize that they're being killed off one by one.
Fasten your seat belts. Its going to be a bumpy night!
