2. does iran need nukes? does any country? if a nation is signatory to nuclear non-proliferation treaty, can they still develop a nuke program? Does Isarael need to declare its nuclear weapons status?
3. is there a treaty which prohibits the building of long-range missiles/ ICBMs? if not then why cant Iran develop this capability?
