<p dir="auto">"There's No Business.." actually made a LOT at the box-office, it just couldn't make enough to cover the cost.  "River of No Return" made money too. MM referred to these films as "bombs" and "flops" but that was because she was forced to make them, and didn't feel she was particularly good.  This was the era of her peak appeal at the box-office.<br />
Later, no so much.</p>
