<p dir="auto">I am not sure if this was a Twilight Zone or Outer Limits episode. It may have been some other show entirely. Saw it is a kid in the 60s.<br />
Just recall bites. A man enters a sort of western town its empty he falls into a deep tank or well. He has been trapped there by another man who can see him through a camera at the top of the hole. Slowly the hole is filled with water<br />
