If you'd rented a house like that, and had all your servants save for 2, walk out on you and then you found out it was from strange goings-on in the house, that included a man without a face who was wanted for several murders, would you stay? When I was little, I always thought I'd love to be in a house like that, and I think I would stay, to get to the bottom of whatever was going on.

yes I would stay,, i'm not really afraid of real bats,, I grew up around them when I was a kid, dad tried to shoot em, mom was terrified tho.

You know, while watching this movie, it didn't occur to me that they should just leave the house.
I guess that's a quick solution, but I would be scared to leave the house without knowing who the villain was and if he/she was going to come after me in my new abode.

I'd buy that house! That's a selling point to me!
And I just saw this film for the first time today, and I LOVE it! GREAT "whodunit" movie! Lots of fun And Darla Hood grew up to be a lil' hottie!
