would tell anyone, including the police, that Pat and Todd are lying. Clearly no work had been done at all and apart from the tiles Eileen ordered there are building materials there of any kind. So they must have know it was a scam.

I was thinking he exact same thing. Surely the fact that the flats haven't been built would prove that phalan (and Todd) were involved! But then to me it was always obvious that vinny would run off with the money!

Dont they have 30k of tiles they could flog. That would recoup some money at least!There's so many holes in this story, there is no way Pat or Todd would get away with it!
