Watching someone die and not help?
I'm sure it is (or should be!)
Goodnight, good luck and may your God go with you

I thought it was. You don't watch as much Murder She Wrote as I do without becoming a legal expert
Goodnight, good luck and may your God go with you

In America it's illegal
Over here it isn't
The very last Episode of "Seinfeld" made fun of that Law

Ooh now you're asking! I think we're not supposed to differentiate but I would struggle to help a paedophile.
I think if you saw a stranger struggling you would rush to help them (then kick yourself after if it turned out they were an axe murderer)
But Michael didn't deserve that and I don't see how Phelan can come back from this now. He's irredeemable.
Goodnight, good luck and may your God go with you

Probably, although in all honesty i'd be guilty of it myself if a paedophile happened to have one in front of me. I just couldn't bring myself to help them.
In this case, though, disgraceful.
