I believe the trial in this film needs to be done in a film or a book. In reality it would probably have ended in blodshed, especially if we interpret the creationists more losely as any type of fanaticism. And that is the point with fiction. To bring up things that we can't discuss normally. To make us think over these things from distance.
The last part is the most important. Here we learn the difference between the newspaper man and Henry Drummond, which shows that the film is much deeper than just a evoultionists vs creationists film. I certainly don't sympathize with the creationists, but neither do I with the newspaper man
9.5/10.
Antiparanoia is the eerie feeling that nothing is connected to anything else

The problem with all fanatics is they believe they are doing God's work, whatever that God is.
God of the bible.
God of Communism.
Whatever it is.
