Here is a link to the Columbia Icons blog which mentions that "{These Are} The Damned" will be released in Region 1 in 2010 as part of their "Icons" series in a box of Hammer classics called "Icons of Suspense":

I just watched the DVD. It's a beautifully crisp widescreen presentation from a print that's in excellent shape. The sole extra is the theatrical trailer.
