None of that stuff mattered to me. The Birds is one of Hitchcock's weaker films in terms of likable or memorable characters, imo. The scenes with the birds attacking humans are great though and Tippi Hedren was a looker. I enjoyed Tippi's performance in Marnie, one of Hitchcock's great psychological thrillers.
