I remember an interview way back in the "One Day At A Time" heyday where Bonnie Franklin said she had no memory of dong the "Munster" episode. My reaction was how is that possible. Surely you would remember Fred Gwynne or Al Lewis in costume. I finally saw the complete episode and although Fred Gwynne is in her bathroom at no time do they meet eye to eye and may not have even met on the set

by pjpurple-1 Bonnie's
character
put her foot in Herman's mouth and tells her roommate"You should clean out under your bed. I just put my foot in a hatbox!" Who wouldn't remember dialogue like that?
Yes and as you say it was Bonnie's character with her foot in his mouth (not necessarily Bonnie's foot). The dialogue between the two sisters may have been edited in. It is also possible Bonnie never even visited the MUNSTER set.
I have read interviews where actors claimed that they didn't remember some of their early, minor roles, so I guess it's possible!
