Admiral to take mini-sub to D.C. "Can be there in about 6 hours."<br />
With Earth circumference being about 25,000 miles around, D.C. is about 7-8 thousand miles away. That means mini-sub to fly better than 1000 mph for 6 hour trip. That's breaking the sound barrier and then some. Fighter jets don't fly that fast. Did the Concorde fly that fast? Mini-sub shown would blow to pieces before that speed is reached.</p>
