<p dir="auto">I've  always wondered about his name. It's so unusual that I wonder if it was purposely done for some reason. While I assume it's an actual Dutch or German name, I think it was chosen because it's so similar to "grotesque". Has anybody ever read anything about it?<br />
Everyone may have an opinion but very few seem to have an informed one.</p>
