A very memorable late-night viewing experience it was for me the first time I saw the flesh eaters on then WNEW-TV Channel 5 out of NYC back in the seventies. The Flesh Eaters is very well done with the feel of a 1950s classic. Everything about this is top notch. It would not surprise me if alot of movie critics who overlook this have simply not viewed it. Just gave this honey a rewatch and it holds up really well.

Imagine what someone like David Cronenberg could do with this. They would have to come up with a new rating. "U", for "unwatchable" by those with weak stomachs.

Agreed. More genius involved in some of these classic low budget movies than is the case with many of the Oscar winners.
