I have that DVD.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.

Plus I always think it's a bit jarring to have "color sequences" inserted into an otherwise 100% black & white movie (think HOW TO MAKE A MONSTER, I WAS A TEENAGE FRANKENSTEIN, and WAR OF THE COLOSSAL BEAST)it just doesn't look right. Make the movie all color or all B/W.
The only film this truely worked in was THE WIZARD OF OZ!

That 'color shot' was a tint added to prints later, without the consent of the writer/producer or director. To leave that 'shot' in would've gone against what the filmmakers' desires were. That 'color shot' was never on the negative. What you have on your bootlegs is NOT what the filmmakers intended.
To leave that shot in would've been a 'bad move' as that is not the film as the filmmakers intended.
