One of the best comedies in my opinion, I know i am going to watch this again & again. Cannot believe this was made way back in 64, I totally wished I lived in those days to be able to meet these actors in their prime.
Anyone can recommend similar movies with similar setting or comic style?

Thank you, I am looking for the titles you recommended.
I watched Hawks' "I Was a Male War Bride" - it wasn't this good, but still quite funny.

The most obvious recommendations for a similar film would be Howard Hawks' earlier film "Bringing Up Baby"(1938) of which "Man's Favorite Sport?" is a partial remake of. Another would be "What's Up Doc?"(1972) another partial remake of "Bringing Up Baby".
If you're looking for a similar type comedy film of the same time period, I would recommend "Father Goose"(1964) and "The Thrill Of It All"(1963).
