"Francois, call a doctor. I just cut off my thumb".
(Dreyfus) "Francois, call a doctor. (Francois) "are you very ill?" (Dreyfus), "I just stabbed myself with the letter opener".
(Dreyfus on the phone) "I love you, too, kiss the children for me". (Secretary's voice), "Your wife is on the phone". (Dreyfus), "tell her I'm out of town".

Perhaps I have my Pink Panther movies mixed up here, but doesn't this one have Clouseau getting his hand stuck in a armored gauntlet with a morningstar attached? That's when he has the excuse to have this exchange which is one of my all time favorites:
Old lady: "But that's a priceless Steinway!"
Clouseau: "Not anymore."
Not all that funny in print, but the timing and his expression are perfect.
EDIT: Oops, just watched it (and forgot to listen for the discordant bass effect) and I do have the wrong movie, sorry. Closer than a Mel Brooks movie though.
For one from this movie, how about "I'm sorry, I seem to have nicked your pool table."
As one who has refurbished a pool table that one is really painful.

At the end after the car filled with everyone explodes:
Dreyfus: You've just sent another six innocent souls to their deaths.
Clouseau: They were all murderers and Maurice was a blackmailer.

My favorite part of the movie isn't any spoken lines, but the sound of the police siren of the same paddy wagon driving down the same street 4 times.
Dah Daa Dah Daa!
Some favorite lines:
"Do you have a license to sell those balloons?"
Dah Daa Dah Daa!
After Clouseau shoots the crow:
"Good Morning. I am the game *war-DEN. Do you have a hunting license?"
Dah Daa Dah Daa!
Charles Dreyfus (Clouseau's boss). "With 10 people like Clouseau, I could destroy the world."
*French accent

i'm surprised you didn't include the "rit of fealous jage" in your list there - certainly many would consider that even one of the best lines from any Panther film!
