<p dir="auto">Watching this I really see Clouseau as the clear inspiration for Max. Both fumbling birdbrains, and released only a year before the series premiered. The non nonchalant, almost callous reactions to death as an inconvenience are also prevalent to both. Really like this movie.</p>
