It's Charlie being reborn at the end or is he going to be being killed too? The other guys waiting in the that room also gonna die? I thought because Tony wasn't cooperating that's why they killed him

Charlie and the other guys in the room will stay alive as long they're useful to the Company, by finding more clients.
Maybe if they're successful enough at that, they'll get another chance to be "reborn." The film doesn't make that clear.
Another factor is whether the Company needs a corpse for a new client's "death", and one of the guys in the room is a suitable physical match.
