Realism, Remakes and Unnecessary Sequels are ruining movies!</p>

<p dir="auto">I think the over the top stuff is part of the charm of the film, great camp.  For me, Sellers at as his best here and this is his masterpiece.<br />
The Pink Panther stuff was great, but its not Sellers best work, IMO.<br />

<p dir="auto">It's a funny film, but it peters out at the end. The whole drunken waiter gag gets stale and the last part where the house is a foamy mess make the final 10-15 minutes feel very padded. I think if they did a better job editing the last half, it could have been as great as the best Pink Panther installments.<br />
Still, Sellers is funny and he does a lot of good improv that's worth watching.</p>
