It's on TV now and the sound is so far out that Elvis' body/guitar motions at the end of the songs look like they take place in a vacuum. Is that the movie? Or is that just this particular tele-cast?

I recorded it earlier and am just now watching. This is at least the 5th or 6th time I have seen it. It does not appear out of sync to me. I even have captions on and I can't stand to have captions on if they are not perfectly synced. Maybe a storm caused interference? It's storming now while I'm watching it but no problems viewing.
