<p dir="auto">I believe it was an uncredited group of singers. The performers of the song in the M<em>A</em>S*H opening credits are John and Tom Bahler, Ron Hicklin, and Ian Freebairn-Smith.Timothy Brown (uncredited) sings it during the last supper scene.</p>
