The easiest version to get is the movie version, which has all of the added scenes, but I am looking for the TV version, which has a lot more internal dialog, and cuts the fat off the movie. Does anyone know where to get a copy, or have a copy digitally available?

I actually have three different TV versions. One of which is a recording from Australian TV in the mid 1980s, the, the other two are from UK TV.
One of the UK airings has all of the internal / extra dialog and is missing the extra scenes found in the theatrical version.
PM me if you are interested in obtaining these.

Some of the extra internal dialogue is in this crappy 8mm print.
And here's the TV version of the Cafe scene.
