<p dir="auto">Amazing how times change! Used to be that the people working in those office buildings could also afford to live in the city. Not anymore.<br />
That same apartment you paid $135 a month for in the 70's would probably sell for $1.35 million today!<br />
The bad news is you have houseguests. There is no good news.</p>

<p dir="auto">I had an apartment on the Lower East side in the 70's about like that and it was $135 a month rent.</p>
