What did the doctor give her, when she said she had a kidney stone?
Did Helen turn Bobby in and that's how he got arrested? Because she was just standing there, and he started screaming at her.
Was Helen more of a junkie than Bobby at the end? It seemed like she was a lot more out of it a lot more often.
Thanks!

Thanks to both of you! This was a little confusing to watch, as it kind of choppy and had a lot of inference.

I know this is an old post, but yes, Helen turned Bobby in. This was foreshadowed in the scene when the cop explains to Helen that junkies always rat.
I think she was more out of it towards the end of the film because she struggled with the decision to rat on Bobby. She started getting very depressed, and as a junkie, her only coping skill was to do more drugs to escape reality. That sent her on a downward spiral.

Probably Dilaudid or Percodan or Demerol; addicts use that kidney stone story to try & get opiates. It is very accurate especially when the Dr asks about Helens Dr & she says "he died".
I think Helen turned Bobby in. Like the narc says a junkie will always ratalways.
I think so. She seemed to be.
