<p dir="auto">and this film I consider to be two CLASSIC WESTERN, consudering the time it was made, VIET NAM was still going on, Civil Right, Women's Lib and Nudity and Cursing was no longer a big deal as it was just 10 years earlier. Burt Lancaster was still in his prime, Blue Eyes and all.</p>

<p dir="auto">He did a trilogy, during this time. 'Valdez', 'Ulzana's' &amp; 'Lawman' (also with Richard Jordan). All were excellent, with great supporting performances, IMHO.<br />

<p dir="auto">He was an athlete and put his skills to use.  In both movies, Lancaster appears to be riding trip wire horse falls.</p>
