Cutting funding doesn’t automatically mean gutting care as most of the ignoramuses on the left thinks, it means forcing states to prioritize, root out inefficiency and stop the explosion of dependency spending. The goal isn’t cruelty, it’s sustainability. Medicaid was never meant to be a middle-class entitlement for able-bodied adults and anyone with half a brain knows this.
