<p dir="auto">HotLips is shown typing at a desk with the designation 'Officer of the Day", however she doesn't seem to be wearing the O.D. Armband that Hawkeye and Charles among others wear in later episodes while designated Officer of the  Day.</p>

<p dir="auto">How about the fact that the surgeons have their masks down in surgery, and there is a laugh track in said non-mask surgery scene?</p>
