But a few years ago, someone had uploaded bunches of MG episodes on YT.
If you can find them, you might get a good MG fix from other years than '78.

I don't get GSN, but Buzzr also runs 1978 over and over and over again. Maybe those episodes are easier or cheaper to get for some reason?
I haven't seen the 1982 episodes since probably 1982 after getting home from school, lol, but I did see some early episodes from 1973 a month or so ago, and bring on 1978 after seeing those! Gene was so formal acting and not even attempting to be funny, and the questions were just really basic and stupid. "Joe said to Mary, 'I like your ________'", or, "Mary broke her ______". I mean, how stupid is that? That could be anything.
Other than seeing the even funnier fashions and hairstyles, the 1973 episodes are boring, and just for me, I think the 1982 episodes without Richard Dawson and some of the other members of the'70s gang would be boring too. I just wish they would show more of the 1975-1979 era instead of just 1978. Geez, Louise, I'm getting to know the contestants and their answers as soon as they roll the opening and introduce the celebrities. I won't stop watching, though, because this show is the best brain candy after a long day at work that I could have ever been lucky enough to find. It takes me right back to when I was a kid and had no responsibilities, if even for just 30 minutes.
