<p dir="auto">I doubt that it's anyone famous like Alan King, but since we're talking about who it<br />
sounds like,<br />
I would say Jack Warden or Jimmy Durante.<br />
And as for who the cartoon announcer<br />
looks<br />
like, I would suggest Jack Warden again (sort of), or perhaps a resemblance to G. D. Spradlin.</p>
