<p dir="auto">The full expression is "some mothers do 'ave 'em and they've gotta be kept". My grandma used to say it - when she'd hear a story of someone doing something silly. It's said with a tone of endearment - basically no matter what Frank Spencer does, you love him regardless.</p>
