his name was actually Herbert Youngblood,,,killed I believe 13 days after he & Johnny broke out of Crown Point

According to a Crime Encyclopedia I saw, his real name was Herbert Youngblood and he and Dillinger parted company after the escape. Youngblood, who was in jail for murder, was killed by the police just about two weeks after the break out.
