I have purchased this movie from 3 different sellers now, the best one seems to be made available by the website modcinema.com (try them, they carry a few other Cliff De Young made-for-tv movies as well) they all appear to be from the same source however this one seems to be remastered a bit with some audio and video issues resolved. It may be a futule effort for those who are attempting to get a perfect, pristine copy (I don't even think it exists) because it was never commercially released. I needed to remind myself that this movie aired over 30 years ago when technology was limited. I too, have been searching for a while because I've not been happy with some of the ones I've seen. I did manage to find a decent one plus the sequel (Sunshine Christmas) - Albeit neither are perfect, they're viewable. The imperfections weren't enough to distract me from the story. Listening to the old John Denver music played throughout the movie brought back some nice memories. (santa-rita@cox.net)

Hi, I have just ordered a copy of Sunshine from the above recommendation. I will post a response when I receive it but in the mean time..does any one know of a better source?

I have just received DVD from above site which I posted. I'd like to warn people that the DVD is of Very, Very poor quality. I have to put sound up to maximum just to be able to hear any sound.
Can anyone tell me where I can get a better copy of this movie and follw up from? I have tried all that has been sugested on this message board. I would be really grateful.

I got mine there too. The quality isnt perfect but you still enjoy it.
