<p dir="auto">Man, I can only imagine the cheers in the audience back in '73 when Buford shot whore house madame Callie Hacker! I know <em>I</em> did! lol!<br />
Conversely, I was almost in tears when Pauline died. That whole scene with her lying there &amp; Buford crying. Oh man. I guess it's twice as sad knowing what became of Elizabeth Hartman &amp; (for me), her amazing role in "A Patch of Blue".<br />
Had heard about this movie WAY back when I was a kid in the 70s, finally watched for the 1st time today. Def' going on my favorites list.</p>

<p dir="auto">I loved it when Buford blasted Callie. And Pauline's shocking abrupt death was indeed quite sad and tragic.<br />
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.</p>
