That line really cracked me up. At least Mr. Cameron met a fitting brutal comeuppance for being such a selfish prick.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.

I liked how Lorne Greene delivered his response to her telling him like it was supposed to be humorous. Never mind the other seven people who were killed in the elevator along with that old ba****d. However I don't think that beats the cartoon blood that is splashed onto the camera lens when the elevator crashed to the bottom of the shaft. This movie is so bad it's good.

My dad laughed when he pushed her out. But then he said, "By pushing her out, he saved her life."

The plane scenes with Debralee were never in the theatrical release, they were filmed two years later to pad out the first time it was shown on tv so it could be spread over two nights

I saw it in the movie theater, and I'm POSITIVE that they had the people on the airplane in it. I asked my mom what the word quarrel meant when Debralee used it. Maybe some theatrical screenings did not include her scenes, so when it was included on TV, people assumed it was for the TV version only. I was only 10 and it was before the internet age, so information wasn't as easy to come by. So please don't criticize me that I didn't know the word.
When she picked the ace of spades in her fortune telling card game, and said "possibility of death" and then you heard that strange sound (which turned out to be an Earthquake machine in the next scene), I thought she was going to die. When the runway cracked and the pilots were trying to take off again, she put her hand over her mouth. I asked my mom why she did that, and she said, "She thinks she's getting killed." I won't say here if she dies because I don't want to spoil it for you. But if you're dying of curiosity, I'll reply, but I'll have to put a spoiler alert on it.

Oh yah, i remember that. The first time I ever saw this film was the TV Version with the people on the airplane. I was shocked when i rented the film all the swearing scenes and that one really shocked me. I was shocked to see that there were scenes missing from the vhs. Then learned those scenes were for the TV movie only.

I remember Sam Royce's response to the above was "look at it this way it was the only time the old bard ever did anyone a favor. But I remembered on the 1976 TV version they cut out that comment by Royce. In fact any and all slang words were cut out on the '76 TV version.
