In no particular order the top three would be:
The Godfather, The Godfather II, and Chinatown.
Then pick any two: American Graffiti, Patton, Jaws, Dog Day Afternoon, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.
I really liked Animal House, but it probably falls a bit short of top five.

The Godfather films, and Chinatown, definitely. Taxi Driver is arguably "greater" than Jaws, but far less enjoyable. Jaws may well be the greatest action/adventure ever. I would rate A Clockwork Orange above All the President's Men; far above.
