<p dir="auto">I know that they made a 'doll' version of him, along with the other characters in "Holy Grail".  But beyond that, it's not clear.  We seldom hear "Oh, that guy is such a Black Knight!", for example.</p>

<p dir="auto">About 13 years ago or more an ex-girlfriend cut the back of her foot on her shoe (as one does when it scrapes against the leather). We went and bought her a bunch of band-aids with funny sayings on them.she put "It's just a flesh wound" on.</p>

<p dir="auto">Friends were saying "it's only a flesh wound" back in high school in the 1980s (a dozen years after this movie came out). I haven't heard anyone ever specifically reference the character, as in "He's being such a Black Knight," but I think most get the "flesh wound" reference.</p>
