Too bad when George's nephew Raymond was over, Tom Willis wasn't in the episode so Raymond can say to him,
"What'chu talkin' bout
Willis
?"

I wonder if Nurse Julie Williams from
E/R
and Officer Spencer, Lionel's cousin who he spoke about in
All In The Family's
Archie In The Lockup,
are his siblings

He did two episodes, from what I read. After he did some guest appearances on other shows, he got his own show.

I know he was in the episode of Florida getting the job as the school bus driver. He was very funny.
I can't remember if he was one of the bus kids when Florida and a few of them got stranded during a storm. I know Kim Fields was in that episode.

Yes, that would have been funny. I didn't even think about Tom's last name until I just read your post.
I liked the sarcastic Gary Coleman characters, The Jeffersons & Good Times, even better than on Diff'rent Strokes.

That didn't come up yet. Gary Coleman wasn't in his own series until that fall and even then, the catchphrase came in after the pilot.
