There is so much casual rudeness on the internet. It's totally unnecessary and you're right to call it out - especially when you do it reasonably and with civility.
(Just for the record though, I think Billy is actually slapping himself a bit further down than his face).

It's a few years since I last watched it, but can you be more specific? I'm sure there WAS a scene (after Nurse Ratched threatens to tell his mother, not when he was actually being dragged) when Billy DOES punch the ground - somebody watching flinches, as he's obviously damaging himself. If that's what you mean, then apologies for being oblivious, but what WAS he doing?
