I'm sure there WAS a scene (after Nurse Ratched threatens to tell his mother, not when he was actually being dragged) when Billy DOES punch the ground - somebody watching flinches, as he's obviously damaging himself. If that's what you mean, then apologies for being oblivious, but what WAS he doing?<br />
