They are airing them in sequence, and skipped right from the last episode of season 1 to S02E02 no S02E01 (which would have eased the transition from 40s setting to 70s setting).

Just downloaded and watched S02E01 it's 1 hour 13 minutes without commercials (so at LEAST 90 minutes with commercials). Is THAT why METv doesn't air it (as the rest of the episodes are 60 minutes with TONS of commercials)?

ME TV has aired the original pilot, The New Original Wonder Woman and the season two premiere, Wonder Woman Returns, as specials. The first aired when the series first premiered on sci fi Saturday night. The second season premiere aired in its entirety on a Friday evening. They haven't re-aired them since.
