I have two versions of the film. First is: 2004 August, UPC: 090328901202 (no extras, region-free, payed $3.99 which was probably too much!). And the second I found @ Goodwill for a buck; used, but the disc is mint condition. This one is: 2004 January, UPC: 798622306524, which has some extras on it. In fact, here's a list of them from the same release page on Half:

Only paid 25, quality?

I got my copy at a Target store for a buck, and it says, "2006 PC Treasures" on it. The UPC is 234-03-0441, and it plays just fine for a $1 film, though not a world class transfer. It was great for bringing back memories of watching it on TV 30 years ago! The end is very touching.
