At the start of the Prom carnage, Norma was the first to scream when they were trying to get out the door. However, that was just a few seconds into Carrie cutting the lights and people still seemed confused but moving somewhat casually. The doors were being held back, yes, but Norma just starts screaming. Did anyone know to be terrified at that early point? I sometimes wonder if, along with the red light tones and everything about the burst into flames, intense heat was starting to overwhelm them.
Thoughts?

Besides Sue Snell, she was Carrie's only other ally, and I hate that she died in this. After defending Carrie and punishing Chris, she still had to die. It didnt seem fair to who she was as a character.I like how they changed it in the other two remakes and she was able to survive the carnage.
