Not only have I seen every one of these, I must plead guilty to viewing most of them multiple times. Plus, I own all but a few in DVD (Single or in Sets), about 2 dozen on Blu-ray, and the unreleased on DVR (Courtesy of TCM mainly).
Yes my name is Rich and I'm a Film Noir addict. My collection is listed on IMDB (not recently updated) if anyone is looking for new/old titles to check out.

I have seen 89 over the years, and own a fair amount. I am somewhat disappointed not to see The Roaring Twenties on this list.
But I guess everyone could probably name a few films they felt should have been included in the too 100. Four films on this list I ranked a 10/10.
I was a Fugitive from a Chain Gang
Angels with Dirty Faces
White Heat
Sunset Boulevard

I have been a noir fan for many years and have seen all these at one time or another, though I'm not sure I could give an accurate plot summary of every one. I agree with you on Undercurrent, and I didn't much care for House of Strangers, either as it wasn't very noirish. I'm surprised Too Late for Tears, Woman on the Run, and Decoy didn't make the list.
