is there any way to search imdb by job?

"Location Management" was being done when films were still being made in Fort Lee, NJ, Edison NJ, and Astoria NY.
You'd never be able to identify who the first such person ever was who carried out such tasks.
IMDb may have their own "earliest named location manager" but that's merely their own credits tracking method which is based on info they receive. If it's not available, they can't claim to know anything deeper about it. They're just database jockeys, after all.
