I found this on another site. “ Farrah Fawcett's character was killed during the scene where Logan and Jessica come upon the hidden underground of runners who help others find Sanctuary. When Logan activated his tracker, he notified his fellow Sandmen of his location. After that, the Sandmen blasted their way into the underground chamber and opened fire on the runners. Farrah's character wa scaught in the crossfire of both explosion and I would assume fire from the homers or rippers that were discharged from the Sandman blasters. It was not a pretty sight and a bit of a shock.”
