The first and fourth episodes were released on VHS and DVD in America in 2000 by Rhino Entertainment. Plans were made to release the complete series on DVD in 2009 to coincide with the release of the tell-all book "Love to Love You Bradys: The Bizarre Story of the Brady Bunch Variety Hour", but it became unfeasible due to exorbitant fees for re-licensing the vast array of songs featured in the series.

There were only 9 episodes filmed - as opposed to the standard 13 - because the show was never intended to air weekly, and because it took a lot of time to rehearse (with the exception of Florence Henderson and Fake Jan, the Bradys were not professional singers/dancers). In the '70s, there were numerous shows that aired on a rotating basis once a month, and that was the original intent for the Brady Hour (though the show ultimately ended up all over the schedule, sometimes more than once a month).
As for the DVDs, it's probably never gonna happen. When Rhino released the two episodes on video, DVD was in its infancy. Since that time, the music industry has become especially greedy in regards to renegotiating the rights to use songs in old TV shows for DVD releases. Every episode featured a medley, which racked up somewhere around 120 songs altogether over the course of the 9 episodes. An official DVD of the complete series was in the works around the time "Love to Love You Bradys" (the book about the variety show) was published, but the cost of the music prohibited it. Last I heard, Susan Olsen was still pushing to get the show on DVD, so I guess never say never. In the meantime, there are high quality, uncut copies of all nine episodes floating around. But just a heads-up: the versions that aired on Nick-at-Nite/TV Land were edited so the networks could jam in more commercials.

I think it was cancelled after about 6-7 episodes (which was rare thenwith only three networks, they usually gave new series up to 13 episodes to find an audience). They've released two episodes on DVDthe first one, and the one where Greg moves out and he and Florence sing that unbelievably bad duet, "All by Myself."

I was wondering if anyone might know if all the episodes from this series will be released on DVD at some point?
