I thought it was humorous when the detective came to the woman's door. She asked "where's Dom?" to which he replied, "well.. There's been an accident."
What was the accident?
He accidentally tied himself up, stabbed himself in the shoulder, smacked himself in the face with some bricks and rolled off the 3rd floor of a building.
