Hot damn!
And I don't care what anyone says.
I love this song!
Love the bass line, the guitar. And the way all instruments drop out with just the trap set and vocals at 1:46. Perfection.

I saw a video once explaining why so many blacks get murdered via gun violence.
Some dudes pulled up with machine guns and then all these black guys died because they had to hold their pants up and could only tippytoe run away.
It's was comedy and funny due to the surprise factor.

I have been on a quest to know where the style came from for DECADES and no one knows.
Prison gays is possible.
My belief, based on very little, is that it's pretending to be poor. I be so pow dat I gots to wear my brotha's old jeans and fix me up a mustard sammich.
I have heard that tale many times. A black guy I know who was older was making fun of it for that reason once.
Also, I learned in Shakespearean times "dandies would cut holes in their clothes to show the multiple layers of fine cloth. That was to show they have money. So, the pants are usually down to show premium underwear brands.
That's both "gay" and "black" at the same time as both homos and blacks tend to be shallow consumer types.

Glad that patient felt that way.
My uncle was in and out of prison for many years and he told me about 20 years ago that the low hanging big pants style came from prison.
He said the black gays in prison would hang their pants low to advertise they were available.
Somehow that style trickled into the culture and by the early 90s it was "in" for "thugs".
Luckily though in the past 10 years or so I've seen some styles go against that trend a little with the addition of skinny jeans.
But now they're sagging their pants with skinny jeans which looks even more ridiculous.

Gay thugz are real!
I had a therapy patient 19 year old black guy and he was talking about how he likes his pants to fit and he keeps them up.
I was like YES!!!
That trend has been going on since the ****ing 90s. I hope it dies.
I once saw a white kid get beat down in a fight because he was a wigger and his pants hit his ankles as soon as the fight started. I saw that in the 90s and can't forget how ridiculous it was.

Yep I can totally see that happening.
Almost every time I go to a 7-Eleven there's some young black dude that's showing everyone his underwear with his pants hanging below his butt.
It could be a secret gay thing too. I don't know.

You are blowing my mind.
I have to be on the lookout.
I just thought of one idea though!
Actors aren't really WALKING ANYWHERE!
For instance, if I have to get up and use the bathroom, it's around the corner. So, I'm probably walking on my toes. If I get up and launch into a heel toe walk I will pick up speed fast.
I do not want to pick up speed walking 12 feet to the bathroom.
MAYBE the toes thing is due to knowing you're going to just be walking off camera.
I was once in a TV show and they spent 3 hours filming a guy taking a cigarette butt out of an ashtray. So, it was hours of shooting, stoping, turning around, and doing it again, for hours.
Maybe that is why.

Walking on tiptoes is a sign of autism, lol.
That's the best I can do!
I grew up in the woods and tended to walk on my tiptoes there. That's because you want to walk quietly and need to leap around a lot.
Maybe actors of the 80s were woodland Asperger's cases!

How about in the 80s the guys who walked on their tip toes? You know what I mean? Their shoe's heel never touched the ground. There was a college basketball player who still walked like this in a recent tournament game I watched. He played for Baylor I think. Now I'm stuck trying to remember his name.
